So why would you want Life Coaching?

What have you got planned for the rest of this year and beyond? A new job? A new relationship? A new shape?

How would it be if you put some quality time into thinking about what you want to achieve in your life and make a plan to get there? Or have you already tried and not got as far as you’d like?

Life coaching can be helpful if you are dissatisfied with your achievements so far or feel that you are simply not paying enough attention to fully developing yourself, achieving your goals or maximizing your potential. An indicator might be that you are experiencing a sense of loss of direction or purpose.

What is Life Coaching?

It’s called Life Coaching because you can choose to work on any area of your life, family, friends, relationships, recreation, personal growth or fitness. A Life Coach from the Hedwerks team can help you to explore and identify future opportunities, create some new and/or review existing goals and put a plan in place to achieve them. The process is one of conversational change, where you work with your coach to bring new opportunities into view.

The Life Coaching Package

The Life Coaching package comprises three, 60 minute, Life Coaching sessions conducted over the telephone. We provide a Life Coaching check list to complete prior to the first call so that all sessions are as productive as possible.

In Coaching Session One we’ll identify and confirm the area of life in which you want to make changes in and help you to make a plan for those changes. In Coaching Session Two we’ll follow up on progress and review what’s gone well and what you might do differently in order to help you achieve your desired outcome. The thiird and final session we check in on how things are progressing and, where neccessary, identify and discuss any further adjustments you could make.

The Life Coaching Offer Price

We’re offering three, 60 minute, telephone Life Coaching sessions as a package for £399 or eight 60 minute sessions for £949. Additional 60 minute sessions can be purchased for £149 each.

*The Small Print: key terms and conditions:

1) Life Coaching conversations are a “do with” and not a “do to” activity. The conversations require both the coach and coachee to fully participate in the conversation and the coachee must complete any assigned pre-work or other tasks requested or assigned.
2) Life Coaching is not a medical intervention and is not designed to deal with anxiety, depression or other related symptoms and/or conditions.
3) Life Coaching packages will be provided to the person named on the sales order and are not transferrable or refundable.
4) Life Coaching Sessions will be provided via a UK landline or UK mobile telephone number and calls will be charged at your telephone operators relevant UK national or mobile rates. Coachees will need to dail in on the number provided by the coach and will be responsible for the costs of the call. We do not use Premium rate telephone numbers for this service.
5) If the coachee misses a Life Coaching Session the Session may be re-booked once. If the coachee misses the re-booked Life Coaching Session then that session will be forfeited.
6) The Life Coaching package comprises three telephone Life Coaching Sessions of 60 minutes each. Delivery is time limited. All final coaching session must be taken within 6 months of the first.
7) Life Coaching Sessions can be booked start from 8am to 8pm GMT most weekdays and weekends. The availability of Life Coaching Sessions may be limited at certain times due to high demand and other factors. No Life Coaching Sessions will be offered on UK Public or Bank holidays. 8) We reserve the right to make alternative Life Coaches available should the need arise.
9) Our Life Coaches are not authorised by the Financial Services Authority and cannot provide advice on the merits of any financial decisions taken subsequently or as a result of the Life Coaching Session. Nothing that is said during a Life Coaching Session should be taken as an investment recommendation or referral.
10) Our liability to any party under this agreement shall be limited to a maximum of the price paid for the service.
